All the items at my shop are ready to be shipped from the UK. Processing time is 1-3 business days
I am using Royal Mail services to ship orders: 1st Class for letters and 2nd Class sign for parcels for UK mainland and Tracked for overseas. For any queries about the delivery status of your order, delays or returns please contact email@example.com
All La Pepa Boutique orders come in a planet-friendly, the most minimal packaging possible. Everything is wrapped by hand and with natural tape, labels are made using recycled paper. As I am continuously striving to reduce the carbon footprint, I am using reclaimed package. All orders are plastic free with an exception for some fragile products where reclaimed bubble wrap is required to keep your order safe in transit.
Returns and exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges, but please contact me before returning any items. They must be returned in their original condition and unused.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there has been an error on my part. Your refund will only be sent once I safely receive the returned items in its original condition.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or refunds for custom or personalised orders.
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you and to ship your order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
I accept PayPal and Card payments.
I will only start work on custom orders when full payment has been received.
During busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times will be longer than usual. I will always endeavour to let you know how long I expect delivery to be, and when my last shipping date will be. However, I would always recommend ordering in a timely manner to avoid disappointment.
Please be aware that colours can look different on other monitors or screens. Because of this, I always try to give a colour in the title and description. Please contact me if you have any questions or queries.
